Refund policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your item(s), provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  2. Any damage or loss incurred after shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges for reasons such as size or other concerns are subject to approval. Returned items can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, with any price difference to be settled by the buyer. All shipping costs for exchanges (to and from) are to be shouldered by the buyer.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for items that were damaged or flawed prior to shipping. In such cases, customers may choose between a full refund or a replacement item. For approved cases, we will cover all shipping costs related to the refund or replacement.
